Fluff thread...TODAY I'M HAPPY BECAUSE...

Today we had our big quarterly pep rally. (Well, that's not what they call it, but that's what it is.)

Anyway, they have awards, and the person that I nominated for the Individual Award won!

You know, it is almost as good to be the person who nominates the winner as to be the winner. I mean, I get to work with HER, and she has to work with ME! (Who's the winner in this scenario, huh?) And I'm going to room with her when we go to the conference.

I figure it was my stellar writing that won over the judges.

And I am happy just to have been the nominator.

And since you haven't be hanging around, AL, you need to know that Trav had rotator cuff surgery at the end of March. His goal was to be back on the bike by May 1. He missed it by 5 or 6 days because we were galavanting around Spain.

He has a muscle tear, but since it's not all the way through, it won't be repaired.

I'm happy because we're going to be a two cat family again! And because Mr. Rocket Man tested negative for evil feline diseases. And because Dr. Bob did the necessary stuff even though it's his day off.

I don't know, it was you had surgery and she was happy in the same post.

She didn't post about being happy in the thread where you said you post nekkid.

And like Lake, I'm going to have a mental picture of those posts of yours early or late. Good or bad, I am not going to say, don't want to get into trouble either way!

You? What about poor Miss Reason? He lives right around the corner from Trav. Better have your blinds pulled Trav. And if you see a tree trimming truck on your corner better make sure reason isn't in the bucket trying to get a peek.
